Café Cubano con Avellana (Hazelnut) by W.P. Barista:
This twist adds a touch of nutty sweetness to the classic Cuban coffee.
Ingredients:
- 1 shot Hazelnut Espresso
- 1 tablespoon Demerara Sugar
- 1/4 cup Water
Instructions:
- In a small cup, dissolve the sugar in a tiny bit of hot water.
- Brew your Hazelnut Espresso.
- Pour the hot espresso over the sugar mixture and stir vigorously until a thick foam forms (espuma).
