Café Cubano con Avellana (Hazelnut) by W.P. Barista:

This twist adds a touch of nutty sweetness to the classic Cuban coffee.

Ingredients:

    • 1 tablespoon Demerara Sugar
    • 1/4 cup Water

Instructions:

    1. In a small cup, dissolve the sugar in a tiny bit of hot water.
    2. Brew your Hazelnut Espresso.
    3. Pour the hot espresso over the sugar mixture and stir vigorously until a thick foam forms (espuma).
