Refund policy
Each bag is uniquely prepared at the time the order is placed and therefore, we do not offer cash refunds.
If there is an issue with your order (damage, wrong item, delivery issue) you MUST notify us within 14 days for resolution. After 14 days, we cannot issue any exchanges.

If an item has been marked "delivered" by the post office but was not received we can file a missing item claim on your behalf with the post office.
Items may be returned to us if a customer fails to pick an order up from their local post office. If this does happen, and the item is returned to us, it is the responsibility of the customer to re-pay for shipping.
