Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of medium roast Colombian coffee
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (fresh is best)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom (fresh is best)
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 cup milk (or your preferred milk substitute)
  • Whipped cream (optional, for topping)

Instructions:
